For the client who wants to do all the creative planning on their own. This package allows the client to hire Everything But The Tux to carry out what they have started. This is to be booked 6-8 weeks out from the event date, so that we may familiarize ourselves with your event and ensure success!

Three (3) Planning Meetings
Maintain copies of all vendor contracts for reference
Give etiquette advice
Develop & distribute the event day itinerary
Manage vendor setup & breakdown
Manage vendor payment balances & gratuities
